Job Title: Crane Operator/Shipping and Receiving

Pay: $23/hr to $25/hr

Hours: 6am to 3pm M-F

Material Handling

Shipping Loader/Logistics:

• Inspection: Check for damaged items, discrepancies, or other issues, and report findings to the supervisor or production team.

• Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to transport items within the facility.

• Rigging: Safety operate overhead crane with experience lifting up to 35 pounds via lift.

• Storage Organization: Store materials in designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy access for production needs.

• Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory activities to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Communication: Coordinate with the purchasing, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve any discrepancies with shipments.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workspace is clean and organized, complying with OSHA and company regulations.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements in the receiving and inventory control processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.29 - $21.00/hr.
