    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our production plants. This position involves maintaining general facility equipment, performing minor repairs, and troubleshooting recurring equipment issues to improve reliability.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain general facility equipment to ensure production plants are fully functional.

    + Perform minor repairs such as spackling, plumbing, and painting as needed.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve recurring equipment issues to improve reliability.

    + Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices, listening for issues, and reading equipment manuals.

    + Disassemble and repair equipment and instruments as required.

    + Make recommendations regarding safety, equipment operation procedures, and when equipment should be replaced instead of repaired.

    + Work in a cleanroom environment while maintaining strict compliance with company cGMPs and documentation rules.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in HVAC, mechanical, and repair work.

    + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and electrical systems.

    + Ability to perform plumbing tasks and troubleshoot facility maintenance issues.

    + Experience as a maintenance technician.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, and communicating effectively.

    + Ability to lift or move office products and supplies up to 50 pounds.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $73000.00/yr.
