Summary
Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our facility and machinery. This role involves troubleshooting, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and repair facility infrastructure and production machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and fabricate parts as needed.
+ Perform electrical maintenance (low and high voltage).
+ Handle HVAC systems and mechanical repairs.
+ Program and diagnose PLCs; manage motor controls and drives.
+ Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality standards.
Required Skills:
+ Strong in electrical systems (both low and high voltage).
+ Experience in building and facilities maintenance.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
+ Knowledge of PLC programming and motor control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ HVAC maintenance experience.
+ Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
