    Position: Diesel Mechanic

    **Location:** Coeur d’Alene, ID

    **Compensation:** Upto $40 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of company vehicles and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong diesel engine diagnostics, mechanical systems, and equipment operation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance on vehicles and heavy machinery.

    + Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.

    + Operate equipment such as haul trucks, graders, dozers, tractors, forklifts, and light vehicles.

    + Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and related systems.

    + Maintain and repair hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and suspension systems.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance.

    + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

    + Prior experience as a diesel mechanic is preferred.

    + Experience with heavy equipment maintenance is highly desirable.

    + Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus.

    + Associate degree or certification in Diesel or Automotive Technology is preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $40, depending on experience.

    + Monthly performance-based bonuses.

    Average annual earnings, including bonuses and overtime, can reach up to $140,000.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
