    Job Title: Night Shift Quality Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Night Shift Quality Supervisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong GMP knowledge and leadership experience who thrives in a collaborative setting. You will oversee quality operations during the third shift, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and support two Quality Technicians during overnight operations.

    + Collaborate with operations, packaging, and mixing teams to uphold quality standards.

    + Assist with lab testing and troubleshooting when needed.

    + Lead and contribute to quality-related projects, including SOP development and process improvements.

    + Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols.

    + Conduct inspections, swab tests, and in-line process checks.

    + Monitor sanitation chemical usage and calibrate lab equipment.

    + Verify product labeling and ingredient compliance with regulatory standards.

    + Step in to perform technician-level tasks as needed to maintain workflow.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience (any of the following):

    + B.S. in Life Sciences + 2 years of GMP experience in food, pharma, or biotech.

    + Associate’s in Life Sciences + 4 years of GMP experience.

    + High School Diploma + 6 years of GMP experience.

    Required Skills:

    + 2+ years in a quality assurance/control role.

    + Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality systems.

    + Ability to lead and train team members.

    + Comfortable working independently on night shifts.

    Preferred:

    + SOP writing experience.

    + HACCP certification.

    + PCQI and/or SQF experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
