Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will support the Program Director in overseeing a large-scale program, managing a portfolio of assignments at the highest levels of complexity. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on achieving project goals related to schedule, budget, and quality. You will take primary management responsibility for large-scale implementation assignments, directing client deliverables and coordinating project staff activities to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Support the Program Director in managing complex assignments and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
+ Take primary management responsibility for implementation assignments exceeding $75MM in project costs.
+ Direct and develop client deliverables, including reports, presentations, budgets, and schedules tailored to client needs.
+ Coordinate day-to-day activities of project staff to achieve project goals.
+ Participate in the development, mentoring, and training of project staff.
+ Develop and manage monthly client billings and ensure timely collection of receivables.
+ Engage in business development activities, serving as a trusted advisor focused on additional services and repeat projects.
+ Participate in strategic planning, develop proposal materials, and attend interviews for the operating group.
+ Advance QA/QC and training programs for consistent review and improvement of methodologies.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in pre-design and implementation of large-scale construction programs.
+ Experience with DSA/educational projects.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for primarily on-site position.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
+ Commitment to client satisfaction and ethical business practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and construction managers simultaneously.
+ Proven adaptability, flexibility, and creativity.
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive within a team structure.
+ Aptitude for mentoring and training analysts.
+ Sensitivity and understanding of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
+ Light to moderate physical activities such as bending, crouching, and stooping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Monterey,CA.
