Medical Customer Service Specialist

A day in the role…

• Talking to the clients, explaining rejections, obtaining authorizations, and reaching out for additional information

• Will be performing a mix out outbound and inbound calls, but not a lot

• 70% of communication will be email correspondence

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Medical Records| Medical Insurance| HIPAA

Core Experience:

• 2+ years medical administrative or customer service handling complaints or resolving issues

• 1+ year of written customer or client communication

• Attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
