As a **Senior Territory Manager** , you will take on a leadership role within your team, providing crucial support to the Account Manager by driving direction and setting expectations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for team members in the absence of the Account Manager or as directed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example and make a significant impact on our sales performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Lead by Example:** Demonstrate exemplary performance within your own territory, setting a high standard for your team through consistent and outstanding results.
+ **Support Account Manager:** Assist with weekly administrative duties, team conference calls, regional visits, and peer coaching and training as needed.
+ **Maintain Performance:** Ensure that your territory meets performance expectations and goals.
+ **Client Interaction:** Participate in client calls when necessary, building and maintaining strong working relationships with all internal and external partners, including clients and in-store personnel.
+ **Mentorship:** Help conduct new hire training and serve as a mentor to your team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
+ **Industry Knowledge:** Stay informed about industry trends and the products of our clients by proactively seeking news and insights.
+ **Additional Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ **Education:** High School Diploma/GED required; Vocational or Technical Training preferred.
+ **Experience:** 5-8 years of experience in Sales/Business, with at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and strong selling and presentation skills are essential.

+ **Independence:** Ability to work independently, prioritize objectives, and multi-task with little supervision while taking ownership of assigned duties.
+ **Relationship Building:** Outgoing professional personality with the ability to quickly build relationships and understand client/company needs.
+ **Problem Solving:** Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to recognize potential issues and proactively address them.
+ **Detail-Oriented:** Highly organized and committed to quality, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office suite.
+ **Communication:** Quick to respond to communication, including calls, messaging, and email.
