DESCRIPTION
This position is open to **\#anywhere** in the United States, working a **\#hybrid** schedule of **3 days** in the office per week.
You will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and achieving business financial goals.
You will focus on **Revenue Growth Management** ( **RGM** ), requiring **client-focused selling** of our RGM services and capabilities through high-quality execution of deliverables. You will **recommend work building upon prior projects** , tie together RGM principles, and provide strategic and **actionable insights** .
As a lead for **RGM** projects, effective communication, listening to client needs, and presenting **strategic recommendations with profit-driving principles** are key. You will inspire your team of managers and analysts to deliver **high-quality analytics** , utilizing various in-house tools to provide advanced business solutions and profitable recommendations. Experience in Finance, Trade Management Optimization, Promotional ROI analysis, and/or Market Research is beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Leadership & Support:** Provide leadership and support for the team by leveraging business processes to ensure efficient operation of the organization, while delivering results that support positive outcomes for our clients and customers.
+ **Project Management:** Lead client projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results with excellence, becoming a trusted advisor to build additional project work possibilities.
+ **Opportunity Analysis:** Build and innovate compelling opportunity analyses that offer clients solutions to pricing and promotional problems using tools such as trend report analysis, willingness to pay studies, elasticity simulations, and ROI tools.
+ **Client Presentations:** Lead client presentation meetings to deliver results, fully explaining data points reviewed, opportunities found, and strategic recommendations incorporating a full understanding of client KPIs that drive profit and sales.
+ **Team Development:** Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop associates to increase knowledge, skills, and quality of outputs.
+ **Engagement:** Foster associate engagement with regular team meetings to drive connectivity, discuss responsibilities, and encourage best practice sharing.
+ **Relationship Building:** Build, maintain, and facilitate positive relationships and open communication with clients, customers, and other Acosta associates.
+ **Tool Management:** Create, maintain, and generate excitement for tools to facilitate everyday business management and opportunity analysis across teams to support client and customer objectives.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional teams to develop new and relevant processes, strategies, and initiatives to drive positive results for Acosta, clients, and customers.
+ **Revenue Management:** Manage towards revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and close gaps.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ **Education:** A high school diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement. Category Management Certification preferred.
+ **Experience:** 5-8 years of related work experience; 1-3 years of management experience.
+ **Skills:** Solid working knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a strength in the area responsible for managing.
