Job Summary
The Partner Sales Excellence Office is dedicated to accelerating growth and customer success through a vibrant and committed partner ecosystem. Our team ensures effective partner engagement at scale, coordinating closely with field teams to drive alignment, strategy, and execution.
We are seeking an early-in-career professional to support our communication efforts with the field and ensure our strategies are clearly presented in an engaging and visually compelling way. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening relationships, facilitating internal engagement programs, and bringing our partner sales vision to life.
**Essential Functions** :
+ Develop and refine communication materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal
+ Assist in the creation of newsletters, emails, and other messaging channels to engage field teams
+ Support the planning and execution of community calls, events, and working sessions
+ Content management on (external facing) Partner Portal and internal SharePoint websites – includes managing SME’s to produce content and editing for consistency.
+ Use Microsoft Office solutions to craft compelling presentations, reports, and documents
+ Build and maintain relationships with field teams to understand their needs and strengthen collaboration
+ Gradually take on leadership roles in hosting community calls and engagement activities
+ Ensure that partner strategy is presented in a way that resonates and drives action
+ Contribute to internal relations efforts across Partner Sales Excellence programs
Job Requirements
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
+ Knowledge of SharePoint and content management tools
+ Strong communication skills with a keen eye for design and presentation aesthetics
+ Ability to engage with field teams and build relationships
+ A proactive, outgoing, and likable personality—willing to take initiative
+ Comfortable facilitating conversations and hosting team calls as they grow in the role
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Education
This is an entry-level position typically requiring 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 91,800 - 136,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
