    Route Driver & Material Handler

    We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team. As a Route Driver & Material Handler at our American Canyon, CA location.

     

    As a Driver and Material Handler, your workload will be 50/50 of driving and warehouse work. As a Driver, you will be responsible for executing pickups, and deliveries, while maintaining an efficient daily schedule and utilization of time on the road. As Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking Inventory OUT orders primarily, loading/unloading trucks, and other standard MH duties.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Follow schedule and timelines of delivery and pickup requests

    + Assist with any unloading protocol requested by the client – as long as within approved standards

    + Maintain efficiency on driving routes by using best judgment and following pre-set routes

    + Load/unload trucks for delivery routes or carrier pickups

    + Work closely with receiving and inventory transfer coordinator

    + Provide excellent customer service at client locations

    + Pick and prepare inventory OUT requests

    + Execute replenishment, inventory picks, and other material handler duties

    + Assist with physical inventories

    + Complete daily checklists of equipment for preventative maintenance

    + Other duties as assigned

    Who you are:

    Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.

     

    + Minimum 3 years of warehousing

    + 1 year of Truck driving and forklift operating experience

    + Valid class C Driver's License

    + High School Diploma
