SCOPE:
The Digital Marketing and Website Strategist position is responsible for planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, display advertising, email, and social media marketing campaigns targeted at new customer acquisition, organic referrals, retention, and engagement.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Lead strategy development, optimization and tracking of digital marketing channels including content, display, mobile, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and video
+ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
+ Develop and execute email strategies that educate and drive adoption of bank services and promote bank community engagement.
+ Develop and execute social media strategies by creating engaging campaigns, optimizing sites, and moderating user-generated content
+ Oversee the strategy, design and maintenance of the company website architecture, landing pages, content, linking and other factors to improve the user experience and SEO
+ Perform keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
+ Research and analyze competitor advertising links
+ Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs
+ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
+ Stay abreast of changing trends in digital marketing
Other Duties:
+ As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in the field of digital marketing, content marketing, advertising or other similar field, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 2-4 years of experience performing similar functions
+ Technology aptitude – CRM systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, Social Media Channels and Website Platforms.
+ Understanding of SEO and content marketing
+ Understanding of customer data analytics and reporting
+ Proficient in HTML, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop and web content management software.
