• DEN - Front Desk Attendant

    We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to greet and help check in Skiptown's pup and people guests!

    Who You Are:

    You are energized by interacting with others and if you don't have the answer, you'll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).

    What You'll Do:

    + Greet new pups and pup parents!

    + Resolve client and team issues via phone, email and in person

    + Facilitate pet care check-in/check-out and Grooming check-in/check-out

    + Check in our Bar & Park patrons

    + Support our Pet Services team with client outreach

    + Answer client inquiries

    + Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of add-ons

    What You'll Bring:

    + In-person customer service experience

    + Excellent interpersonal skills

    + Comfort with technology and on and off-leash dogs

    + High school diploma or equivalent
