    Role Overview

     

    As a **General Manager at Sodexo** , you’ll lead and manage all aspects of food service operations for the **Honda North America Headquarters in Torrance, California** , including 2 full-service cafés, coffee service, and a micro-market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You’ll oversee a team of 10 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations.     What You'll Do

    + Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

    What You Bring

    + A Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience.

    + Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

    + Extensive experience managing and operating a budget.

    + Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Flexibility to adapt to new responsibilities and challenges as needed.

    + Working knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production management systems, and menu graphics programs.
