Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando. Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year
Job Summary:
The **Project** **Manager Market Planning & Strategy** position is responsible for the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under umbigious direction. Individual must be able to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Exhibit collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives & physicians, to affect change within the organization. Lead internal marketing team communications and build project management structures associated with successfully deploying marketing initiatives and strengthening the role of marketing leadership and the marketing operating model. Activities and competencies include strategic communication, project management, building professional networks, change management, client management, and performance management. These activities include learning business operations and structures, championing marketing development strategies, maintaining data organization, providing analysis, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
You Will Be Responsible For:
+ Responsible for successful management and execution of marketing strategic initiatives and communication
+ Manages project costs and schedule, alert stakeholders to deviations in budget/schedule and their resulting potential impact.
+ Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives and physicians, to affect change within the organization\
+ Recommends actions and exercises discretion regarding key business processes; Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on projects/tasks to completion
+ Facilitates cross-functional meetings and discussions to address roadblocks and ensure critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Travels between local locations as required for meetings & observations.
+ Prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships.
+ Develops and oversees process to clarify, research, communicate, and document the requirements of requests/issues; track and manage questions, concerns, and requests to ensure timely and agreed issue resolutions and solutions, in management of positive stakeholder experiences; Identifies, tracks, and reports issues and risks to ensure appropriate resolution strategies are employed; Assists in identifying and analyzing risk mitigation tactics
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:
+ Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration)
+ 3 years in healthcare and/or marketing experience or equivalent
+ Experience working with diverse teams, managing events and projects
+ Ability to conduct research and to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources.
+ Ability to design, structure, implement and oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties, including executives, employees, physicians and consumers.
+ Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
+ Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure.
