$53,540 - $70,940 - $88,340

SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, supports the recruiting function by processing and inputting data, coordinating pre-employment activities, managing candidate workflows, and assisting with HR-related tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with hiring processes and supports candidate and internal stakeholder communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Processes new hires and internal candidates in PeopleSoft
+ Monitors and follows up with candidates to ensure all required background check documentation is submitted
+ Initiates and monitors pre-hire drug screens
+ Initiates the electronic I-9 form process and ensures compliance with federal requirements
+ Coordinates and monitors managed relocation benefits for new and internal hires
+ Processes invoices related to recruiting services and events
+ Manages inventory of recruiting promotional items
+ Responds to routine inquiries from hiring managers, candidates, and vendors
+ Assists in updating recruiting process documentation and identifying improvements
COMPETENCIES:
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking
+ Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking tools
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Knowledge of hiring and employment-related regulations
+ Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements
+ Proactive team member in identifying and solving problems, and ability to respond to routine client needs
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma with three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Working knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
Proficient in PC-based software, spreadsheets and HRIS
ANALYSIS AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or list form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or walk up to 1/3 of the time and sit up to 2/3 of the time. Manual dexterity, good vision, and the ability to talk and listen. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Office environment.
