Overview
**ABM** is hiring a **Compensation Analyst** to be involved in all aspects of compensation, working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to support business needs in addition to project work. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role will leverage analytical skills and attention to detail to successfully support items such as year-end compensation cycle, incentive tracking, and market pricing.
This is a **Hybrid Role** (3 days in-office) located at **One Liberty Plaza New York, NY 10006** .
Essential Functions
+ Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to determine the appropriate salary range for various positions within the organization.
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to provide guidance on compensation matters, including job architecture/Career Framework, offers, promotions, and internal equity adjustments.
+ Provide training and support to HR team members and managers on compensation-related topics, including job evaluations, salary planning, and incentive programs.
+ Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to gather market intelligence and ensure our compensation programs remain competitive.
+ Helps to maintain and update Compensation related systems.
+ Work cross functionally to maintain and update our job architecture/Career Framework materials.
+ Support the year-end compensation planning process through system preparation, testing, HR training, communication and analytical support.
+ Maintain accrual files for finance with up-to-date incentive information.
+ Stays current with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure organization compliance.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 2-4 years of compensation, human resources or finance experience
+ Working knowledge of compensation practices and systems.
+ Ability to perform job evaluation and analysis.
+ Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy
+ Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working knowledge of HRIS (Oracle or similar) and compensation software (CompAnalyst, Payscale or similar) systems.
+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, and complex functions.
+ Experience in survey participation; using Willis Towers Watson and Radford survey, a plus.
+ Works effectively with others, in groups, in cross-functional settings, and with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
+ Displays strong levels of customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Pay: $75,000–$100,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
