    The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will ensure that HR systems are maintained and leveraged, TA metrics are of high quality, and global best practices are being shared across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Recruitment and Selection:** Collaborate with recruiters to provide sourcing support for simultaneous searches, as needed.

    + **HR Systems and Technology:** Leverage technology platforms (Workday, Gem, Indeed, and other TA related business applications) to deliver value to business leaders through simple, streamlined processes. Upload and track data related to hiring events and trade school partnerships.

    + **Governance and Compliance:** Proactively audit and monitor TA systems, job postings, and processes for compliance and consistency.

    + **Reporting:** Gather data and report on TA pipelines, systems usage, hiring events, etc **.** Responsible for requesting, maintaining and updating trackers and spreadsheets related to people data and finances.

    + **Administrative Support:** Provide support for weekly calls, strategic projects, presentation materials, and recruiter training schedules. Support travel coordination by collecting candidate information for upcoming starts. Ad hoc projects as requested.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Ability to communicate effectively and possess tenacity, resilience and patience to deal with ambiguity and change.

    + Strong conceptual, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

    + Effective time management and ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or human resources.

    + Experience with Workday and/or an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

    The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

     

    The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

     

    The compensation for the position is: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00
