Job Description Summary
The Operations Support Specialist provides second-tier central administrative support to teams of industrial technicians and field leaders. This position acts as a subject matter expert in People Data and People Support tasks and ensures the highest standard of customer service in a professional environment. The specialist is responsible for completing tasks accurately and on time, in alignment with compliance expectations and data integrity standards.
Job Description
+ Own processes related to Concur expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation
+ Audit datasets and submit corrections through proper channels and software
+ Manage incoming requests and escalation paths, ensuring timely, accurate responses
+ Create and maintain documentation related to training, policies, procedures, and task-specific best practices
+ Build collaborative relationships with support function owners, contributors, and field teams
+ Identify and document process improvement opportunities; coordinate with analytics teams to develop scalable solutions
+ Support and drive special projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs
+ Provide task coverage and escalation support for Operations Administrators
+ Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, preferred
+ At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support
+ Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, UKG Kronos a plus
+ Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
+ Strong relationship-building and communication skills; a passion for helping
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
+ Up to 10% travel annually
This job is remote, but must be located in either eastern or central time zone.. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required for urgent support or on-call escalations.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00
