Overview
The VP, Digital Strategy is joining a dynamic and growing client team. Together with the Client, Publicis has ushered in a new, end-to-end performance marketing model that unites data, creative, media and business transformation into one Publicis team. This role collaborates across consumer & HCP, brand & experience strategy, and performance measurement.
We're seeking someone with comprehensive marketing and media expertise to enhance marketing plans by demonstrating an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology to drive brand goals.

Responsibilities
The Larger Strategy team develops briefs and marketing strategies and programs dedicated to customer needs for our clients. We leverage all channels to build outstanding brand experiences across relevant touch points. The Strategist is responsible for the understanding of the target audience: what motivates them, where they go for information, what their journey is, what drives their decision making and behaviors, and how they react to communications. The Strategy group works collaboratively with client service, creative, medical strategy, and media ensuring all team members have input on strategy development and are fully briefed on customer insights.
Day-to-day, your role will concentrate on guiding strategy across key accounts while delivering industry-leading service, which includes these responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of strategy that informs when, where and how a brand shouldconnect to consumers.
+ Unpack research to develop brand and audience insights that drive brand strategy.
+ Design and orchestrate brand.communications across audiences, channels, tactics, and formats, partnering with media planners, analytica teams, and creative teams to bring modern media architectures to life.
+ Develop learning agendas that optimize campaign and creative performance based on key consumer actions.
+ Identify what value a brand needs to provide to its audience by analyzing how consumers interact with devices, content, and media to develop stories based on the motivation behind audience behaviors.
+ Champion the use of data; partnering with data-scientists to understand behaviors and uncover unexpected insight that encourage bold ideas for how a brand should connect
+ Build senior-level client relationships providing insight on evolving trends in consumer behaviors and innovative uses of media and technology to guide their teams toward the next generation of comprehensive brand experience solutions that drive business impact.
+ Activate both brand building and performance marketing initiatives including national campaigns as well as simultaneous micro campaigns.
+ Partner with the data innovation team to develop data briefs that unlock insights leading to activatable audience segments.
+ Be the trend-spotter/futurist that keeps our clients informed of innovative cases from Effie, Cannes, CES etc.
+ Unlock new business potential by "being there" and establishing relationships across client departments e.g. corporate communication, R&D, early commercial development, omnichannel teams and in-market brand teams.
+ Drive integration across Creative, Data and Publicis Media agencies to set KPIs and optimize microcampaigns in real time to ensure KPIs are met.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, anthropology/sociology, or psychology (preferred)10+ years of strategy experience in an agency - management consulting or media role a plus
+ Exhibit confidence, proactivity in solving difficult brand challenges.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of experience architecture constructs, structures, and processes that can drive marketing initiatives that are measurable.
+ Have outstanding writing, communications, and presentation skills, both in developing the story architecture and delivering compelling presentations
+ Demonstrate curiosity, ability to deal with ambiguity, work autonomously and a preference for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
+ A digital media-savvy marketer and hard-working problem-solver with the steadfast aim to encourage teams and bring the best work to life, based on your expertise with omni-channel media orchestration
+ Have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and technologies, such as SEO, websites, online video, display, social media platforms, and analytics tools, to createbest-in-class creative material
+ Experience in media-centric tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google, META Business Analytics, SEMrush, to uncover the data and insights that drives critical communications and implementation
+ A proven leader and relationship builder who can provide both an authoritative presence with clients while fostering partnership and collaboration with all levels of the agency and its partners to drive growth
+ An all-around top-tier professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
