    About the Role

     

    As a Sr. Research & Development Technician, you’ll work 100% onsite in a collaborative setting, supporting research and development initiatives that drive progress in chemical recycling, performance additives, and sustainable materials. This role is ideal for recent grads eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

    What You’ll Do

    + Conduct laboratory experiments and tests on plastics, polymers, and chemical materials.

    + Analyze data and report findings to support product development and process improvements.

    + Assist in the formulation and testing of new materials with a focus on sustainability and performance.

    + Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with scientists and engineers on innovative R&D projects.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.

    + 0–2 years of relevant experience (ideal for recent grads).

    + Strong foundation in materials science, chemistry, and laboratory techniques.

    Preferred:

    + Hands-on experience with plastics, polymers, or chemical recycling.

    + Familiarity with lab instrumentation and data analysis tools.

    + Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
