**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Location:** St. Louis, MO

**Pay Rate:** $35.58

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

We’re looking for a **Facilities Maintenance Technician** in **St. Louis** who knows how to keep things humming—quietly, efficiently, and without drama. This is your chance to step into a role where your skills aren’t just appreciated—they’re essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Owning the day-to-day operation of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

+ Spotting issues before they become problems and fixing them fast

+ Performing inspections, making system adjustments, and keeping detailed logs

+ Working across departments and with vendors to keep the building running at its best

+ Handling everything from routine PMs to unexpected breakdowns (you know the drill)

+ Keeping safety front and center—always

+ Helping us create a facility that’s not just maintained, but optimized

You Bring:

+ A high school diploma or equivalent

+ 5–7 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience

+ Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems

+ **EPA 608 Type II Certification** (required)

+ A tech-friendly mindset (basic knowledge of Excel, Word, digital work order systems)

+ A steady hand, sharp eye, and problem-solver's brain

Even Better If You Have:

+ **EPA 608 Universal Certification**

+ Trade school or formal technical training in HVAC, electrical, or refrigeration

**Pay Details:** $35.58 per hour
