    Finance Systems Support Analyst — Hybrid | Camden, NJ

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote after 30 days)

    **Contract Length:** 6 Months

    **Pay Rate:** $31.25 to $33.66 per hour

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a driven **Finance Systems Support Analyst** for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity in Camden, NJ. This hybrid role offers the chance to work onsite three days per week—with two remote days—after the first 30 days, following a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

    About the Role

     

    As a Finance Systems Support Analyst, you will be a key liaison between finance, accounting, and IT teams, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of core financial platforms. You’ll support critical systems like SAP, Hyperion, and Blackline, assisting with upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and end-user training. Your work will play a central role in enabling a smooth financial close process and driving ongoing process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide functional support for financial systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, and Blackline

    + Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions for end users across finance and accounting

    + Coordinate with IT on system patches, upgrades, and maintenance

    + Support monthly and quarterly close activities through system reliability and user support

    + Perform system setups, including chart of accounts and financial tables

    + Assist in developing user documentation and delivering training programs

    + Translate business needs into system requirements and improvements

    + Ensure compliance with SOX protocols including access control and change management

    + Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

    + At least 3 years of experience in financial systems support

    + Strong understanding of financial processes and system workflows

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

    + Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with SAP (S/4 & ECC), Hyperion HFM, Blackline, Powerplan, Oracle Cloud, Alteryx, or Quicksight

    + Familiarity with SOX compliance and controls

    + Background in system testing, upgrades, or implementations

    + Experience developing user support materials or training content
