**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Equipment Operators** for projects located in **Durham, NC** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$22-26/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Manage landscaping contracts and daily operations

+ Design install and maintain annual beds turf trees and shrubs

+ Apply commercial pesticides and fertilizers handle pest and disease control

+ Perform equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs

+ Conduct routine litter pickups and maintain campus aesthetics

+ Operate heavy machinery mowers tractors etc.

+ Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and power washing

+ Maintain inventory and storerooms manage work orders using digital systems

Requirements

+ Attend landscaping seminars and complete mandatory training

+ NC ornamental and Turf Pest Control Certification
