Description
SAIC is seeking a **Senior Program Analyst** responsible for providing end-to-end technical financial support and strategic planning support to the NG7S, GPCI, QNMG and MU2B programs. **This position will be a remote opportunity.** The analyst will support all facets of budget execution, financial analysis, planning, and programming to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance with DoD and Army fiscal guidance. This position serves to analyze training data, equipment maintenance records, and other relevant information to assess unit readiness. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity and resource effectiveness across multiple critical portfolios and expanding mission requirements.Directly in support of ARNG MISS Task Order Technical Direction Plan 0003.2 (SSR & JWCS support).
Responsibilities:
+ Funding & System Complexity: The analyst will oversee the management and execution of over $24+ millionannually, including Army MDEP funding, Joint Staff discretionary resources, GPC, and multiple travel and project lines. Execution must be coordinated through both:- GFEBS-SA on SIPR (for sensitive programs)- GFEBS Main on NIPR (for traditional Army accounts)- DEAMS (Support ANG Funds and GPC)- DTS- G-INV
+ Strategic Planning, Programming & POM Development: This position plays a significant role in the full Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
+ Budget Execution & Financial Analysis: The analyst provides ongoing visibility and decision support across the full execution lifecycle. This role bridges both tactical execution and strategic forecasting—serving as a central point of coordination between finance, program leadership, and operational staff.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
+ Bachelors and eighteen (18) or ore of related experience; Additional six (6) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

+ Systems Expertise: GFEBS SA, GFEBS, DEAMS, DTS, DRDW, DAI, DAR-Q, CRIS, CAPE Espresso
+ Certified Defense Financial Manager – American Society Military Comptrollers
+ DoD Financial Management Certification Program Level 3 – OUSD Comptroller

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
