Job Summary:
Oversees an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team and manages the implementation, and integration of OCM processes, and ensures effectiveness within strategic projects.
What You Will Do:
• Provides day-to-day supervision for the change team. Identifies and addresses engagement staff availability plus training and development needs.
• Assesses the impact, costs, benefits and risks of proposed changes. Coordinates change planning and the implementation process.
• Works with business partners and/or customers on OCM programs across the organization. Integrates OCM processes with other functions.
• Develops and maintains strong business partner and/or customer relationships at all organization levels through demonstrated customer focus and OCM process competence.
Education Requirement:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is required

**Performance Management:** Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance performance, e.g., practice assignments, training, shadowing.
• Ensures performance goals, checkpoints, and feedback focus on behaviors.
• Provides documented input to formal performance review conducted by manager.
• Observes individual performance and provides fair and objective feedback.
• Uses formal and informal rewards and recognition programs for employees.
Top Candidates will also have
+ Proven experience in organizational change management, including team leadership responsibilities, supported by a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
+ Demonstrated application of structured change management methodologies, including the 4D’s (Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Drive)
+ Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and Power BI
+ A history of driving organizational change through communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement
+ Industry-recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
+ Completion of formal leadership development or training programs

+ The location for this position is Mossville-Building AC office
+ Domestic relocation assistance is **not** available for this position.

+ This position will require less than 10% travel.
Summary Pay Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
