Intern, Data Privacy Operations
The Publicis Internship Program is a **10-week, 40 hour per week program, in office hybrid (3 days/week) in downtown Chicago, Illinois.**
Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Data Privacy Operations as an early learning Data Privacy Intern and be a part of an interdisciplinary team that coordinates the global data privacy program while learning data privacy basics and driving principles. You will be responsible for the data entry, reporting, and keeping information up to date. Day to day, your responsibilities will include working with the Central Data Privacy Operations Team.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in due diligence and information gathering on third party vendors
+ Support and QA on Core Activities – Data Inventory, Vendor Due Diligence, and Proprietary Product Due Diligence
+ Assist in tracking and reporting on progress of Data Privacy Program activities
+ Assist in maintaining data privacy software, OneTrust
+ Support localized market data privacy program deployment activities
Qualifications
+ Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with a target graduation date of 2026 or earlier
+ Passion to stay on top of tech trends and to experiment with and learn new technologies
+ Comfortable with basic Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
+ Comfortable in basics of full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
+ Understanding of relational database concepts and design a plus
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
+ Problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation Range: $20.00 USD Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
