Transdev in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Facility Tech. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

CBA Position:

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

* $21.32 - $24.70 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

+ Starting pay $21.32 with progression to $24.70 over 4 years.

Benefits include:

+ Vacation: up to 14 days per year

+ Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly part- time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

+ + Performs routine facilities maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs, and other related assignments.

+ Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment

+ Performs non-routine repairs to equipment

+ Oversees the work of repair and maintenance vendors

+ Uses tools and operate equipment needed to perform job functions; equipment includes cranes, forklifts, scissor lift etc.

+ Assists with cleaning trucks, equipment, and grounds

+ Assists with moving furniture and equipment

+ Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.

+ 3-5 years' experience.

+ Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

+ + Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

+ Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; and talk or hear.

+ Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; and smell.

+ Regularly required to work at various heights.

+ Regularly required to lift up to 100 pounds.
