About the role:

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Process Service Representative, you’ll coordinate the service of process of legal documents on individuals in litigation throughout the nation and acts as a liaison for clients and process service resources.

What you'll get to do:

+ Receive all incoming requests from clients and resources and distribute to appropriate folder

+ Locate resources for job assignments

+ Initiate and timely dispatch requests to the resource for service of process of legal documents and document retrievals

+ Coordinate and confirm resource receipt of job assignment

+ Monitor jobs in progress and update the company database with all information

+ Provide status updates to clients in a timely manner

+ Act as a liaison between clients and resources

+ Review all legal documents for accuracy and prepare Affidavits when necessary

+ Electronically deliver Affidavits and Returns to the client

+ Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
