Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Executive Social Media Strategist to amplify the voice of our executive leadership team across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working directly with C-level executives, crafting compelling and informative content, and executing engagement strategies that establish thought leadership, expand reach, and elevate UKG brand recognition.

Responsibilities

+ Social Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for our executive leaders to enhance their professional brand, drive thought leadership, and align with company goals.

+ Content Creation & Management: Write and curate engaging content, including posts and multimedia, ensuring alignment with each executive's voice as well as industry trends.

+ Executive Engagement: Collaborate closely with executives to understand their expertise, priorities, voice, and communication style while providing guidance on social media best practices.

+ Platform Management: Oversee executive social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent activity and audience engagement.

+ Brand Amplification: Identify and leverage opportunities for executives to participate in key industry conversations, speaking engagements, media features, and showcase the incredible successes our customers are experiencing with UKG

+ Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and influence strategy.

+ Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and manage executive brand reputation, addressing any risks or opportunities proactively.

+ Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep executive content relevant and impactful.

Who You Are

+ 7+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on executive-level branding and engagement.

+ Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and managing their public-facing social presence.

+ Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social platforms, as well as best practices, content formats, and engagement strategies.

+ Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and authentic executive content.

+ Strong experience with social media analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

+ Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with executives, public relations, marketing, and social media team.

+ Comfortable handling sensitive information and navigating executive preferences with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in the HCM, SaaS, or technology industry.

+ Background in corporate communications, public relations, or executive branding.

+ Familiarity with executive thought leadership strategies, including speaking engagements and media opportunities.

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
