What you'll do...

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Analyst** to join the **Seller Support** team within Walmart’s eCommerce division. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining daily and weekly business reviews, health reports, and dashboards that provide insights into operational and seller-facing performance. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, highly analytical, and able to communicate data insights clearly across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Business Reviews & Health Reporting:** Build, maintain, and distribute daily and weekly business reviews that highlight key performance metrics.

+ **Salesforce Reporting:** Create and manage reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

+ **Excel & Query Proficiency:** Use Excel to export, manipulate, and analyze data. Must be proficient with formulas and have experience writing basic queries (e.g., SQL, Salesforce queries).

+ **Data Visualization:** Develop and present dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to convey insights effectively.

+ **Customer Service Metrics:** Analyze support metrics to identify opportunities for performance and experience improvement.

+ **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects and data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

+ **Communication & Insights:** Provide detailed recaps and contextual insights to business stakeholders. Translate data into actionable business recommendations.

+ **Task Management:** Prioritize and complete high-volume, deadline-driven tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of in-role experience in business analysis or data insights

+ 3+ years of experience in **data analysis**

+ 2+ years of experience in **B2B reporting**

+ 2+ years of **Salesforce** experience

+ 2+ years using **Microsoft Excel**

+ Experience with **marketplace or eCommerce analytics**

+ Experience in **dashboard development and data modeling**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Skills:

+ Proficiency in **Salesforce** , **Excel** , **Power BI** , and **Tableau**

+ Strong understanding of **SQL** and database querying

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong project and time management capabilities

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work both **independently** and **collaboratively**

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
