Administrative Assistant - Cottingham & Butler
We are seeking a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality. This role is crucial in managing our front desk operations and supporting our team.
Essential Functions:
+ Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management and coordination.
+ Arrange travel logistics, accommodation, and itineraries for executive meetings and events.
+ Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
+ Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as requested by office personnel.
+ Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude.
Required Skills:
+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in an office setting.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software (Adobe, PDF, etc.).
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
