Part-Time Apartment Maintenance
**Location:** Dubuque, IA
**Hours:** Monday-Friday, choose from 8 AM-Noon, 9 AM-1 PM, 8 AM-1 PM, etc.
**Salary:** $17-$18 per hour
**Employment Type:** Temp to Hire through Express Employment Professionals

Job Duties:
+ Painting and cleaning of apartment units
+ Light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, taking out trash, patching holes, and minor drywall work
+ Some plumbing repairs
+ Apartment flips and other related tasks
Requirements:
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Ability to work 20-25 hours per week
+ Previous maintenance experience preferred
+ Must have your own set of tools
