Position Summary:

You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional product team that thrives on solving complex customer problems through data, innovation, and empathy. We work at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging analytics, user insights, and agile practices to shape impactful product experiences. What you’ll do:

+ Support data-driven product decisions by analyzing metrics like adoption, churn, and satisfaction.

+ Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and optimize customer experiences.

+ Contribute to product roadmaps, assist with PRD creation, and support rollout and scaling efforts.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights, build consensus, and align on product direction.

+ Demonstrate awareness of technology trends, domain-specific practices, and enterprise systems.

What you’ll bring:

+ Experience with product analytics tools and data evaluation techniques.

+ Familiarity with customer journey mapping, design thinking, and process optimization.

+ Understanding of Agile methodologies, MVP development, and product lifecycle management.

+ Ability to articulate product insights and influence stakeholders using strong communication skills.

+ Awareness of domain-specific tools, market standards, and innovation opportunities.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
