Express Employment in **Platteville, WI** has partnered with a company in **Shullsburg, WI** to fill packaging roles and support their production operations.

Overview:

We are looking for two motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Cheese Packagers. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment. As a Cheese Packager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our cheese products are packed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Duties:

+ Package cheese into trays, bags, or wraps according to guidelines

+ Label and weigh packaged products accurately

+ Check cheese for quality, appearance, and proper cut

+ Keep packaging area clean and organized

+ Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

+ Report any issues with equipment or product to the supervisor

+ Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

+ Assist with cleanup and end-of-shift duties

Qualifications:

+ Ability to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)

+ Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods

+ Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

+ Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team

+ No experience required – training will be provided
