We are currently seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst who will support both the Market Analysis and Consumer Insights teams on a variety of qualitative and quantitative data analytics initiatives. This is an onsite position and not a remote position.

    How you will make an impact

    + Main focus will be on collecting, compiling, and updating data using a variety of collection methods and IT systems (Qualtrics, Excel, Tableau.) This will evolve into assisting with the analysis and interpretation of data for application to a range of Market Intelligence projects. Because of the different project types and departments served, this role will be exposed to and learn about a variety of different business areas and operations as well as the different facets of Market Intelligence.

    + Complete annual and ad hoc competitive analysis for existing and new senior living communities, including tracking new entrants, and overall market environment for existing and new communities.

    + Support mapping and demographic efforts for new and existing communities. This includes annual set up process and ongoing support of defining market areas, extracting demographics, providing maps, etc.

    + Explore and evaluate use of new and existing secondary data sources to assist with market analysis efforts.

    + Assist with primary and secondary market research efforts - both qualitative and quantitative.

    + Assist with sample data pulls and prepare for survey invitations

    + Extract, compile and clean survey data and update research database for ongoing analysis or assist with analysis

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 1 – 2 years of work experience in business related field focused on data analysis

    + Must have strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

    + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    + Comfortable working with and blending both quantitative and qualitative data sets

     

    Compensation: $55000.00 -$65000.00
