We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine to join our team in Ephrata, PA.

+ Seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician
+ Ephrata Hospital, a community-focused healthcare facility in Lancaster County, with 141 patient beds.
+ A well-equipped 29-bed unit, including 6 dedicated behavioral health beds to meet our patients' diverse needs.
+ A robust staffing model during peak hours, with an equitable rotation of 9-hour and 10-hour shifts for physicians.
+ A collegial hospitalist group handling admissions around the clock.
+ Quick imaging and lab turnaround times, along with 24-hour anesthesia, obstetric and NICU availability.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
+ Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
+ Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
+ Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
+ Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and
+ Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required and
+ Must be credentialed for all core procedures. Upon Hire Required
+ Certification as an Emergency Medical Commander. Upon Hire Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Clinical skills and knowledge of emergency care, techniques and procedures.
+ Teaching skills.
