Job Summary

Join the distinguished team at Restaurant Associates as a key member of the leadership team at Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi, located in the iconic Lincoln Center. In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class fine dining experience, where precision, elegance, and hospitality are at the heart of every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of fine dining service standards including greeting, seating, order taking, table maintenance, and guest farewell.

+ Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver impeccable, anticipatory service that reflects the elegance and sophistication of the Tatiana experience.

+ Uphold and enforce all steps of service, including wine presentation, synchronized service, and tableside etiquette, ensuring consistency and excellence.

+ Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet the highest expectations.

+ Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and operational costs within budget to maximize client value and profitability.

+ Foster a culture of hospitality and professionalism, maintaining strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

+ Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline service flow, and elevate the overall dining experience.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

+ 2–4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience required.

+ Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including wine pairings and tableside presentation.

+ Proven ability to manage operations, including purchasing, scheduling, and team development.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite.

+ ServSafe Certification preferred.
