    Job Summary

    (Full Time, Remote)

     

    The Staff Accountant, Cash Management will work on an individual and team basis within the accounting department to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information including the preparation of both internal and external accounting reports, journal entries, accounting analyses, account reconciliations and other special projects, as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + 1-3 years experience in accounting required

    + Intermediate or Advanced Excel competency

    + Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required

    Preferences:

    + Knowledge and familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP preferred

    + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

    + Exhibit a strong competency in Word Processing software

    + Must display the highest level of integrity and confidentiality

    About the Opportunity:

    + Prepares journal entries supporting analysis on a monthly basis.

    + Completes reconciliations for various accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

    + Prepares monthly schedules used in the preparation of the consolidated and/or subsidiary financial statements.

    + Fields requests from internal and external auditors as well as summarize or prepare information in support of their requests.

    + Performs responsibilities in accordance with various internal controls over financial reporting, as assigned.

    + Completes analytic-based analysis of key accounts including preparation of and reporting on certain key performance indicators.

    + Prepares ad-hoc analyses on an as-needed basis to support accounting and/or financial reporting decisions.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Complies with all policies and standards.
