    Schedule: Flexible scheduling available. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Position Overview:

    We are hiring a full-time Team Lead – Nursing at our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. This role involves supervising a team responsible for:

     

    + Receiving and processing incoming shipments

    + Handling store replenishment and pre-purchase orders

    + Fulfilling customer pick tickets

     

    Additional duties include operating silk screen and embroidery machines. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, particularly during the high-demand back-to-school season.

    + Prior experience leading a team of 10+ associates is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds

    + Able to stand for extended periods

    + Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting boxes

    + Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

    + Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season (August–September) is preferred
