In this exciting intermediate role, you'll tackle complex training projects and engage deeply with business stakeholders to conduct thorough learning needs assessments and develop sophisticated, impactful training programs that drive our organizational success. As a Learning Partner II, you'll design and implement cutting-edge training initiatives that enhance employee skills, support change management, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with senior learning professionals, project stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align our training programs with best practices and regulatory requirements, using innovative instructional design techniques. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Responsibilites:
+ Conduct in-depth consultations with business stakeholders to identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, regulatory requirements, and performance data.
+ Design and develop training programs by analyzing the audience, content, and technologies, selecting optimal delivery methods, and considering key factors such as goals, objectives, budget, and continuous improvement.
+ Deploy training programs using a variety of delivery methods, modalities, and learning technologies to deploy training programs, including ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, video demonstration, on-the-job training, user guides, quick reference guides, digital adoption platforms, and social learning.
+ Create and implement evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
+ Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve learning programs.
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and incorporating relevant insights to enhance and innovate learning offerings.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional or Graphic Design, or related field of study
+ 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
+ Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
+ Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
+ Strong working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar tools).
+ Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles.
+ Experience working with high level stakeholders and SMEs.
+ Experience managing training projects from analysis to evaluation.
+ Basic experience with LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.).
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Learning or Instructional Design Certificate (e.g. Adult Learning Certificate, ATD Instructional Design Certificate, etc.)
• Experience with audio and/or video production
• Experience creating compliance or process training in a highly regulated environment
• Experience managing high level stakeholders and SMEs

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
