    Racquet Sports Instructor - Bentonville, AR

     

    Part-time, 4 hours/week

     

    Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a **Racquet Sports Instructor** to join the recreation team at our new state-of-the-art facility in **Bentonville, Arkansas** . In this position, you will professionally design and teach high quality individual/group racquet lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities while providing a fun, engaging playing environment that addresses the skill level of the students. Minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of equipment for events.

    Key Accountabilities

    + Design and teach individual and group racquet lessons.

    + Provide minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of badminton equipment for events.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years old.

    + 1+ years racquet sports teaching experience with children and/or adults required.

    + Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute or National Safety Council required prior to start date.

    + Professional appearance and attitude.

    + Start/complete lessons in a timely manner.

    + Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.

    + Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.

    + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

    + Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.

    + Ensure students/players adhere to HF safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.

     

    Compensation: $15 - $45/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
