    Job Specifications:

    - **Job Type:** Seasonal

    - **Pay Rate:** $15.89 per hour

     

    - **Shift:** 1st shift - 8-12 hour shifts

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    - Sort and grade corn based on quality and size.

     

    - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

     

    - Adhere to safety protocols, especially regarding allergens present in the work environment.

     

    - Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    - Must be able to stand for extended periods.

     

    - Proficient in English to communicate effectively.

     

    - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.

     

    - Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus, but not required.
