Job Description:
At Regions, the Contact Center Support Specialist assists the Contact Center by serving as back-up support to both internal and our external customers with a variety of tasks, including support of our Consumer line of business by processing address verification requests, account openings, account requests via contact center, customer correspondence, and overdraft protection maintenance requests.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Provides high quality customer service to incoming internal/external Regions customers
+ Processes account-related requests received including, but not limited to, change of address, payoffs, ACH debits, account information, and zero balance letters
+ Processes low risk tasks that are high volume requests within the required service level agreement windows
+ Ability to meet or exceed performance goals
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ One (1) year of customer service / call center experience
+ Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
+ Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
+ Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
+ Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
Preferences
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures
Skills and Competencies
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
+ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Shift:
This is a 100% onsite role with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
