What You Will Do
The Customer Experience Team at Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Parts Distribution Center (Muskegon, MI) is looking for a dedicated specialist to support essential contracts for global parts distribution. In this role, you'll get to analyze our processes and lead projects aimed at boosting the overall efficiency of our team. You'll also collaborate with different departments to ensure we meet our high standards for parts availability and contract compliance. Plus, you'll support a small number of accounts, giving you valuable insight into our sales and customer support process.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Sales Assignments & Logistical Support:
+ Oversee logistics activities from a sale, inventory, operational, and tariff-related perspective.
+ Lead projects to improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.
+ Work with logistics for efficient supply chain operations.
+ Collaborate with the supply management team to streamline logistics.
+ Process Improvement:
+ Analyze and improve current sales processes.
+ Monitor process performance and recommend enhancements using CORE.
+ Contract Compliance Oversight:
+ Ensure sales operations comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
+ Monitor compliance and address discrepancies promptly.
+ Liaise with legal and compliance teams on relevant regulations.
+ Expectations of the role:
+ Contribute to operational excellence and strategic management, gaining comprehensive business experience.
+ Travel Requirements:
+ Up to 10% of domestic and international travel.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Contracts, Logistics or Project Management; **OR** Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant industry experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Degree in STEM field; Supply Chain or Business preferred.
+ Understanding of import/export regulations (EAR, FTA, ITA), tariffs and tax implications
+ Experience with SAP, Microsoft Power BI, Excel and Data Analytics tools
+ Project management experience and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong business acumen with ability to analyze problems, assess options and propose solutions.
+ Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies (CORE, ACE, SixSigma, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
+ Ability to work and effectively communicate across the organization, as well as suppliers and customers

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
