    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $25 -_ _$25_ _/ hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Mechanic:

    + Performs and assists in all scheduled preventive maintenance on building and production equipment as assigned

    + Light electical work including replacing fuses, switches, cords, plugs, bulbs and ballasts in building fixtures and production equipment

    + Light welding as needed for new projects and repair of equipment

    + Plumbing pipe and fixture repair and replacement and clog removal

    + Pneumatic component repair and replacement

    + Cuts out and joins parts for worktables, benches, shelves and other furnishings

    + Patches or replaces plaster or plaster board and paints walls, ceilings, and trim of building

    + Furnishes Industrial Maintenance Repairer with materials, tools, and supplies

    + Cleaning and organizing of work area and essential equipment needed for above described work

    + Monitoring and light repair and maintaining of chiller and tower system

    + Maintaining preventative records and work orders assigned

    + Performs other routine duties as assigned

    + Regular, dependable punctuality and attendance
