    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Mail Processor to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ for a 6+ month contract role.

     

    Shift: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri

     

    Pay rate $18.50 per hour

    Position Summary:

    The job scope is working with the bcorporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

    Duties:

    Multitask in a high pressure environment

     

    Adhere to strict turnaround times

     

    Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs

     

    Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled

     

    Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine

     

    Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place

     

    Be open to changes within the workplace

    Required Experience:

    6+ month experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.

     

    6+ month Handling mail in a corporate environment

     

    6+ months Customer service

     

    Ability to lift up to 50lbs of envelope/paper boxes and running and around and being on feed most of the 8 hour shift.

    Education:

    Verifiable High school diploma or GED
