We are seeking a highly motivated ES Data Program Manager to join Enterprise Data Services (ES Data).
The ES Data Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various programs within ES Data, ensuring alignment with customer and program objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and the ability to drive strategic outcomes while managing resources efficiently.
What You Will Do:
+ Plan, monitor, and oversee program execution
+ Manage funding/budget, identify and address issues and risks, and align or realign deliverables with program outcomes
+ Identify and map interdependencies across projects within program; sync key projects needs and information to ensure overall success of program
+ Ensure program work meets the customer’s goal and is aligned with RTX and ES Data improvement targets
+ Consistently track and report progress of program workstreams (verbal and written) to key leads, internal and external stakeholders, and internal senior leadership, and in reporting tools
+ Update staffing and budget, manage resources, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes
+ Manage program tracks for successful delivery and ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and standard, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
+ Prioritize and manage change, assess impacts, communicate with SLT and stakeholders, and align on impact to project plan, funding, and risk mitigation
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the RTX business units, addressing their data and technical needs, and matching need with products and services across ES Data Portfolio
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
+ 5 years of experience minimum managing complex, large scale, digital initiatives/programs leveraging Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

+ Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and at the right altitude level for the audience
+ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Experience leading and thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic with a high degree of accountability
+ CORE Champion preferred

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
