The following position is to join our RTX PST (Process and Systems Transformation):
RTX has an opening for a **Workstream Program Manager** (Associate Director, Program Management) position.
RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity, and performance. The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.
The intent of oneRTX: PST is to harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities. With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.
The Workstream Program Manager will support Record to Report workstream in the transformation program through development, maintenance, and execution of a comprehensive project management plan in alignment with key RTX stakeholders. Project management must be accomplished using standard and proven frameworks of best practice (PMI, agile frameworks, etc.). These frameworks should provide real-time visibility into three key areas: project progress, resource allocation, and risk management.
You are the ideal candidate if you have experience driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP’s S4 HANA solution.
What You Will Do:
+ Project planning and execution by partnering with RTX’s chosen system integrator and key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive project management plan.
+ Track the project's progress, including task completion, milestone achievement, and overall project timeline adherence.
+ Resource management and allocation, understanding team member workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the lifecycle of the project.
+ Proactive risk management, identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks, with real-time alerts for critical issues.
+ Oversee other projects, as needed, in support of the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program.
+ Communicate expectations and instill accountability in project team members.
+ Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals.
+ Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to meet operational objectives.
+ Additional responsibilities include documentation and reporting, stakeholder communication, change management, budget management, driving agreements and progress with partners/suppliers.
+ Travel ~25% - 40%
**Qualifications You Must Have** :
+ Minimum 12+ years’ experience in project management planning and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM); finance or business administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced Degree and 10+ years’ related work experience.

+ Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology.
+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
**Qualifications We Prefer** :
+ **Hands on experience with the management and execution of the business processes that fall under the scope of the Record to Report**
