Summary:

The Agency Solutions Manager is an analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is personalized, privacy safe and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media and the North America agency ecosystem this is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships and serve as a consultative product expert to some of largest agencies. The ASM is responsible for partnering with agencies to constantly increase agencies’ knowledge and expertise in Meta products and solutions, use data and analytics to drive informed implementation of Meta solutions, and to drive advertising success for the agencies and their clients.

Required Skills:

Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

1. Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices and working hand in hand with client teams in developing scaled approaches to drive solutions adoption

2. Analyze data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and partnership roadmap to drive growth

3. In-depth experience of in marketing solutions who builds and manages relationships with key media agencies in North America in partnership with the Agency Partner

4. Provide extensive training to agencies to build broad skills in implementation and consulting of Meta solutions

5. Influence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedback

6. Work and collaborate with groups of internal cross-functional teams as well as other regions to foster exchange of best practices

7. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and social advertising

8. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement strategy and providing insights and campaign optimizations and recommendations

9. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.

10. Experience working directly with agencies, media and/or consulting companies and presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

11. Experience leading and managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detail

12. Demonstrated experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

13. Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and measurement studies and delivering actionable insights

14. Demonstrated experience in consultative and analytical skills, a focus on providing valued partnership, and the demonstrated experience of thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines

15. Extensive experience as a Meta user and with Meta’s ad products

16. Demonstrated media (agency) experience

17. Established network in and knowledge of the social media and/or agency ecosystem

18. Advanced Excel skills, experience working with data visualization tools, SQL

19. Experience working with or at Brand/Branding Focused companies

Public Compensation:

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
